LashFlow exists because the people running lash & beauty studios have been asked to run them on tools built for someone else.
A lash artist spends years learning to read an eye shape, map a set, and judge retention by feel. Then she opens her booking software and it asks her to fit all of that into a free-text box under "notes".
We kept hearing the same story from operators: a platform that started cheap and quietly grew a marketplace fee, a message balance that ran out mid-week, add-ons for loyalty and reviews and reporting that each cost more than the plan itself, and a contract that made leaving feel harder than staying.
So we're building the tool we think this industry deserves. Genuinely flat pricing that stays flat. No lock-in contracts. Zero marketplace commission, ever. And mobile-first from the first line of code, because most operators run their business from the phone in their hand between clients, not from a desk.
We're early. There are no glossy customer logos on this page because we don't have customers yet, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend. What we do have is a working prototype, a clear point of view, and a growing list of studios signing up to help shape it.

One price you can predict every month. No tiers that unlock the features you actually needed, no surprise add-ons.
Built for lash-specific workflows
Patch tests, refill cycles, eye-zone maps and skill tiers are first-class features, not notes fields.
No marketplace commission
We will never take a percentage of a booking. The clients you win are yours, and so is the revenue.
Your data is portable, always
Export your clients, bookings and history whenever you like, for free. Staying should be a choice, not a trap.
Trust & privacy
Client health and consent data, handled carefully.
Patch-test results, health intake and consent forms are sensitive information. We're designing LashFlow to be conscious of the Australian Privacy Act from the start: collected for a clear purpose, stored securely, accessible to the studio that owns the relationship, and exportable or deletable on request. Product analytics on this site are pseudonymised and aggregate only.
